At Tradeling, our interview process is designed to uncover your true potential through behavior-based interviewing. This means you’ll be asked to share real examples of how you’ve handled specific situations in the past, or how you would approach challenges relevant to the role you’re applying for. These questions help us understand your problem-solving skills, decision-making approach, and ability to work effectively in different scenarios.

To prepare, reflect on past experiences where you made a measurable impact—consider the skills you used, the people you worked with, timelines you met, and any processes or regulations you followed to achieve success.

If you’re applying for a technical role, expect a coding assessment and technical interview. We recommend practicing on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, Pramp, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to sharpen your skills ahead of time.

While Tradeling offers one day of work-from-home per week, overall work arrangements may vary based on the role and department. Specific details will be outlined in the job description or discussed during the interview process.
